- SCO provide unconditional cash assistance to vulnerable and poor households that are affected by conflicts, floods, and drought to help them access diversified and well-nourished food, maintain stability and cope with Elnino flooding. We also rehabilitate water infrastructure through conditional cash transfer to help rural communities catch rainy water for future usage.
